dr-frank-mazzaDr. Frank Mazza is a board certified family physician with more than 20 years of experience. His practice encompasses the full spectrum of family medicine including a focus on teaching wellness to his patients, as well as treating their illnesses and chronic diseases.

Dr. Mazza was born in New York, but has lived in Houston since 1979. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin, University of Texas Medical School at Houston, and Memorial Southwest Family Practice Residency program. Dr. Mazza was voted Favorite Family Physician of Fort Bend County in 2005 as well as being recognized in Texas Monthly magazine. Dr. Mazza and his wife have three beautiful daughters. He enjoys reading, sports and music.

Cheryl, Patient Advocate

Cheryl Cormack as Patient Advocate greets patients as they call or come into the office. Cheryl has her BBA in Accounting from Texas Tech University and coupled with her experience in the Hospitality Industry assists Dr. Mazza and the nurses with patient care.  She enjoys time with her two children and six grandchildren to include travel, gardening and cooking.

 

 

Amanda Marshall, NurseAmanda  Marshall, LPN, has worked with Dr. Mazza since March 2000 when she moved to Houston from Tennessee where she received her nursing license from Tennessee Technology Center. She accompanied Dr. Mazza as he transitioned to concierge medicine and has been with him ever since.

Amanda and her husband are kept busy with their two young daughters, ages 12 and 9.

 

Tiffany - NurseTiffany Hensley, LVN, has worked with Dr. Mazza since 2006. She graduated Nursing School from Victoria College in Victoria, Texas and has been a Registered Pharmacy Technician for more than 20 years.

Tiffany enjoys spending quality time with her husband, family and friends.

 

 

 

Kelcey Dota, NurseKelcey Dota, LVN, joined Dr. Mazza in August 2013 after graduating from the Nursing Program at Wharton County Junior College.

She and her husband enjoy outdoor activities; hunting, fishing, boating in addition to running after their toddler and newborn sons.
